Add an option to check for and remove duplicates from the results.

For example: last time I ran a full scan for icons using this app a huge fraction were duplicates of the standard Windows cursors. I had to then use third party utilities to find and remove the duplicates from the output folder. This was long and tedious but trimmed the output by a factor of 10. A feature of this sort built into the app would be really handy.
